Created for the 100th Creature of the Week competition at conceptart.org, this piece challenged artists to come up with one hundred creature designs, ten each in ten different categories, in one month – 30 days total.

Having learned about the challenge well after it had started, there were just 14 days available to develop all of the creature concepts.  However, working at actual specified size (150 by 150 pixels) in Adobe Photoshop, all 100 designs were able to be completed in just 12 days.

Adding in one additional day for finalization, touch-up and presentation, the end result was 100 creature designs created in just 13 days total.
